DESCRIPTION:Kriya Yoga\nDecember 15-27th\, 2024\nInstructions in English \nMain Teachers: Sadhvi Abha Saraswatiji\, Dr. Indu Sharmaji \n\n\n\n\nMove one step closer to mind\, body and soul connection’ \nKriya Yoga deepens your practice through understanding the subtleties of the main chakras of the body.  As we explore the chakras\, we work to unblock and rebalance our inner energies for greater well-being and self connection. \nA basic understanding of the chakras / energy centers with their Sanskrit names\, associated colour\, and element will be helpful for the Kriya Yoga and Meditation program. This Kriya Yoga program begins each day with the 20 main Kriya Yoga practices for pratyahara (sense withdrawal)\, dharana (concentration)\, dhyana (Meditation)\, including prayer\, pranayama\, traditional hatha yoga asana\, Vedic chanting and Satsang (spiritual question/ answer). Rooms should always remain in the same condition as when they were assigned.\n\n\nWhile at the retreat\, take the divine opportunity to go as deeply as possible. In this way\, you make the most of your opportunity and also honour the retreat of other participants.\nTake the opportunity to ask questions to Pujya Swamiji and/or Sadhvi Bhagawatiji that will be helpful to you on your spiritual path.  There is no such thing as a “wrong” question!  If you would like to submit a question but don’t want to do it in front of others\, you can write them down and give them to the sevaks at the ashram.\nIn the event that the administration asks the pilgrim to leave\, the pilgrim must vacate the premises immediately.\nPlease do not oblige anyone by directly providing money\, clothes or tips of any kind. This affects the discipline and management of the ashram as well as negatively influences the divine\, devoted feeling amongst the individuals here.
