As we study the AtmaBodha [a consciousness to distinguish between the material and spiritual dimensions of our life] we will reflect on applying this wisdom practically into our lives. \nIshavasya Upanishad is the 1st of the 11 main Upanishads having 18 verses derived from the 40th chapter of Shukla Yajurveda. ‘Isha’ literally means “ruler\, master\, lord”; ‘vasyam’ means “hidden in\, covered with\, enveloped by”. So\, the theme of this Upanishad is ‘Whence the God is hidden in or enveloped by’. Thence\, it takes us through the nature of truth and its application in practical life beautifully and lays down the path to realise That Universal Truth\, now and here itself. \nTo understand clearly the impact of the combination of our material life and spiritual journey\, this course becomes very important for everyone who is seeking eternal happiness\, bliss and freedom. \nEach day begins with yoga and yagna; includes meditation by the holy banks of Mother Ganga\, morning walks\, and\, ends with the world-renowned Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Maa Ganga in the sacred lap of the majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and/or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji [when they are available] providing a beautiful immersive experience of the sacred wisdom of Vedantic teachings. \nPlease note this program ends at 1 pm on the last day.  Do plan your departure from the Ashram accordingly preferably after lunch. \nDress Code:  Modest clothing in white that is not see-through which covers the upper arms\, cleavage and lower legs.
