Mismatched frequencies could lead to “dis-comfort” or “dis-ease.”  This ancient wisdom has evolved over centuries through self-reflection\, deep understanding of Vedas\, and practicing the simple yogic and healthy lifestyle and achieving a profound “awareness” of oneness. \nIn today’s world these aspects are explained in terms of algorithms\, frequencies\, brain waves and delving deeper into therapeutic use of healing music and sound. Sound is the medicine of the future – or at least a catalyst\, a tonic derived from sonic theology that gives that inner resilience\, the immunity and strong faith in well-being. This healing can manage and regulate the stress\, fast pace life\, circadian  rhythm\, chakra balance and numerous triggers and stimulus both for self and to help others heal. \nThese time-tested modalities (using psychoacoustics and bioacoustics methods) are also fused with ancient healing instruments\, such as\, gongs\, bowls\, shamanic drums\, conch and use of other wind\, string instruments along with inner voice. This Kriya Yoga program begins each day with the 20 main Kriya Yoga practices for pratyahara (sense withdrawal)\, dharana (concentration)\, dhyana (Meditation)\, including prayer\, pranayama\, traditional hatha yoga asana\, Vedic chanting and Satsang (spiritual question/ answer). As we study the Tattva Bodha [a consciousness to distinguish between the material and spiritual dimensions of our life] we will reflect on applying this wisdom practically into our lives. \nIshavasya Upanishad is the 1st of the 11 main Upanishads having 18 verses derived from the 40th chapter of Shukla Yajurveda. ‘Isha’ literally means “ruler\, master\, lord”; ‘vasyam’ means “hidden in\, covered with\, enveloped by”. So\, the theme of this Upanishad is ‘Whence the God is hidden in or enveloped by’. DESCRIPTION:Kriya Yoga\nDecember 15-27th\, 2024\nInstructions in English \nMain Teachers: Sadhvi Abha Saraswatiji\, Dr. Indu Sharmaji \n\n\n\n\nMove one step closer to mind\, body and soul connection’ \nKriya Yoga deepens your practice through understanding the subtleties of the main chakras of the body.  As we explore the chakras\, we work to unblock and rebalance our inner energies for greater well-being and self connection. \nA basic understanding of the chakras / energy centers with their Sanskrit names\, associated colour\, and element will be helpful for the Kriya Yoga and Meditation program. This Kriya Yoga program begins each day with the 20 main Kriya Yoga practices for pratyahara (sense withdrawal)\, dharana (concentration)\, dhyana (Meditation)\, including prayer\, pranayama\, traditional hatha yoga asana\, Vedic chanting and Satsang (spiritual question/ answer). This course on Tattva Bodha is an introduction into the study of Vedanta\, the practical path to self-realisation and liberation (moksha).  Tattva Bodha\, a basic work of Adi Shankaracharya ji\, literally means the knowledge of truth. This course will go through Tattva Bodha verse by verse\, helping us reflect on applying this wisdom practically into our lives and will include twice a day Yoga Asana classes\, meditation by the holy banks of Mother Ganga\, morning walks in addition to yagna\, the Ganga Aarti\, evening satsang to make it a beautiful immersive experience providing the teaching as well as the touch of this sacred wisdom.
