DESCRIPTION:Naada Yoga with Vedic Mantra Chanting (Short Course)\nAugust 16th – 22nd\, 2026\nInstructions in English \n‘Yujyate anena iti yogah’ – that which helps our union with the Divine is Yoga. \nIf you want to connect with the Divine through sound\, then this Naada Yoga 1 course is for you. Naada Yoga means Yoga of Sacred Sound. Singing the glory of the Divine in any form; Mantras\, Vedic Chants\, Kirtan/Bhajan\, Suktas\, Shlokas\, and Stotras ultimately takes us to this divine union. In this course you will have the opportunity to learn the Vedic chants for the morning universal prayers\, the Hanuman Chalisa\, Shiva Mahimna Stotra\, mantras\, and bhajans / kirtan for the enchanting experience of the Divine Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga at sunset. Additionally\, you will learn the Durga Sukta in worship of the Divine Mother\, and the Sarva Devta Gayatri to honour all the manifestations of the Divine Creator. This program will also include hatha asana\, meditation\, mantra yoga\, bhakti yoga\, karma yoga; and\, after dinner\, daily bhajan/satsang as a wonderful way to end the day. \nSpecifications: \n\nThis course is for students with some experience of yoga\nStudents should adhere to the course dress code (white clothing is mandatory\, no sleeveless or crop tops\, no shorts\, no tight or revealing clothes)\nStudents should be punctual for each class\nStudents must not undergo any Ayurvedic or Panchakarma treatment during the course\nStudents must not attend any other classes during the course\nStudents should adopt sincere behavior whilst staying at the ashram\n\n“Beautiful experience that has touched my soul! DESCRIPTION:Vedantic Path to Self Realization with Shatkarmas\nAugust 20th – 27th\, 2026\nThis beautiful 1-week course delves deep into the Self to find the solution to the problems that the world presents to us and lay down a path to eternal happiness\, bliss and freedom from illusion\, miseries\, sufferings and death. \nThis course will include study of the Tattva Bodha\, an introduction to Vedanta\, which will be the foundation to the practical path to self-realisation and liberation (moksha); and\, Shatkarmas for purification and balance. \nShatkarmas prepare the body for a safe and transformative inner journey to delve into the knowledge of truth through Tattva Bodha\, a basic work of Adi Shankaracharya ji. We will review Tattva Bodha verse by verse and reflect on applying this Vedantic wisdom practically in our lives. \nRooted in the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga\, the Shatkarmas are six powerful cleansing techniques designed to purify the body and mind\, bringing harmony to the vital energy channels—ida and pingala as we prepare the body to receive the Vedantic wisdom of Adi  Shankaracharya ji. \nDaily you will be gently guided through traditional practices including Jala Neti\, Kapal Bhati\, Kunjal Kriya\, Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana\, and Trataka—each supporting deep internal cleansing and energetic balance to help regulate the three doshas—vata\, pitta\, and kapha—restoring clarity\, vitality\, and overall well-being. \nThis program also includes 2 Yoga asana classes\, meditation by the holy banks of Maa Ganga\, morning walks in addition to yagna\, the Ganga Aarti\, evening satsang to make it a beautiful immersive experience providing the teaching as well as the touch of this sacred wisdom. \nPlease note this program ends at 1 pm on the last day.  Do plan your departure from the Ashram accordingly preferably after lunch. \n
