Mismatched frequencies could lead to “dis-comfort” or “dis-ease.”  This ancient wisdom has evolved over centuries through self-reflection\, deep understanding of Vedas\, and practicing the simple yogic and healthy lifestyle and achieving a profound “awareness” of oneness. \nIn today’s world these aspects are explained in terms of algorithms\, frequencies\, brain waves and delving deeper into therapeutic use of healing music and sound. Sound is the medicine of the future – or at least a catalyst\, a tonic derived from sonic theology that gives that inner resilience\, the immunity and strong faith in well-being. This healing can manage and regulate the stress\, fast pace life\, circadian  rhythm\, chakra balance and numerous triggers and stimulus both for self and to help others heal. \nThese time-tested modalities (using psychoacoustics and bioacoustics methods) are also fused with ancient healing instruments\, such as\, gongs\, bowls\, shamanic drums\, conch and use of other wind\, string instruments along with inner voice. Scientists and medical clinical research have further added vibroacoustic interventions created acoustically\, electronically and digitally. \nAt TonicSonic Cytoacoustics Institute along with Parmarth Niketan Ashram\, we endeavour to unlock these mysteries\, understand and learn some of the techniques and imbibe its philosophy\, ethos and technology that has merged together in putting a well-integrated\, unique yet simplified program of these complex subjects at multi-dimensional levels. \nOur “Foundation Course in Sound Healing” integrates a variety of instruments and includes extensive practice sessions to build proficiency\, though continued personal practice is encouraged. You will be taught how to select and use the most appropriate instrument or mix of instruments for a client’s specific needs. This is Part 1 of Practitioners Program in Sound Healing and Gong Mastery. \nThese eternal sounds and tonicsonic work is brought to you by Sanj Hall\, a traveling gong yogi who has taken the divine order to spread the goodness of gongs and its teachings around the world. He extensively travels to Europe\, Middle East\, Asia and North America both in medical conferences\, music festivals\, as well in ashrams and monasteries in India\, Nepal Bhutan. \nEach day begins with yoga and yagna / homa for World Healing and Peace; and\, ends with the world-renowned Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga in the lap of the sacred and majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are at the Ashram\, making it a truly immersive experience. \n
