Join us in person at Parmarth Niketan\, Rishikesh for special celebrations on the 21st June with yoga-filled activities and events. Experience the serene environment of the ashram and participate in session joined by the Rishikesh Yoga Family. \n2. Join us in the lead-up to Yoga Day on our social media platforms for inspiring collaborations on yoga\, health\, and wellness\, with a special focus on women’s health. Join us for the Common Yoga Protocol in the ten days leading up to Yoga Day for online yoga classes every morning from 6:30-7:30am. It is considered the most auspicious night to journey to the inner light and inner truth.   \nJoin us for our Mahashivratri special Ganga Aarti and post-aarti celebrations at the feet of Lord Shiva in the middle of the sacred Ganga River\, flowing out of Shiva’s locks\, in the presence of HH Param Pujya Swamiji\, Pujya Sadhviji and the International Yoga Festival family.  \nThe celebrations include prayer\, chanting\, meditation\, abhishek (puja)\, dance\, kirtan and more!  \nThe easiest way to join us is to be part of the International Yoga Festival as Shivratri falls on the first day of the Festival. If you cannot join us for the Festival\, feel free to join us for the Ganga Aarti and evening celebrations\, all of which will also be streamed online.  \nOm Namah Shivaya!
