SUMMARY:Yoga Nidra
DESCRIPTION:Yoga Nidra\nMay 7 – 10\, 2027\nInstructions in English \nAs life gets more stressful\, complicated\, insecure and disconnected\, most of us are seeking a system for restfulness\, clarity\, connection and peace. Yoga Nidra is one of the most ancient meditative practices in the holistic systems we can use to attain this clarity and oneness with self and the Divine. ‘Nidra’ means sleep. Yoga Nidra is sleep which allows the mind to be alert for clarity as the body rests in shavasana. \nThis is sleep with a difference! From the Tantric tradition\, this Yoga Nidra program includes prayers\, asana\, pranayama and meditation to access the goddess of Nidra within for rejuvenation\, clarity and intuition. Yoga Nidra gives you an opportunity for intense awareness and creativity to travel the spiritual path while being fully present in the daily life at home\, work and play. \nEach day concludes with Ganga Havan & Aarti at sunset on the holy banks of Ma Ganga followed by Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are in the Ashram. \n
