SUMMARY:Buddha Purnima Silent Spiritual Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Buddha Purnima Silent Spiritual Retreat\nApril 30th – May 2nd\, 2026\n\n\n\n\nThe central aspiration of a Dharma practice is to discover stillness and silence of mind\, so what better way to celebrate the birth of Lord Buddha than to spend three days in silent meditation and contemplation. From this point the material world can fall away so that we discover freedom and the end of suffering. As we bask in complete stillness\, we will gain balance and wisdom through introspection and self-cultivation. And\, together – in puja and prayer\, through asana and meditation – we can finally begin to remove suffering from our life so that we can realize the fullness of our True Selves and be of even greater service to the Divine and to all of humanity.

SUMMARY:The Eternal Sound and Tonic Sonic Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The Eternal Sound and Tonic Sonic Retreat\nA self-care workshop using sonic energy as medicine/tonic\nMay 1st – 4th\, 2026\nwith Sanj Hall \nInstructions in English \nThe world is Nada…. Vibration. \nWeaned from the long tradition of Naada\, Spanda\, and sound healing from ancient cultures of India and beyond\, The Eternal Sound and Tonic Sonic Retreat initiates the innate sound within you\, delving deeper into the cosmic vortex. It is a both an auditory and vibration healing sensation that stills the mind and soothes the soul bringing about deep relaxation\, oneness\, harmony and eternal bliss. \nMusic is the medicine of the future. However\, if not\, it is surely a tonic. Using ancient healing techniques from yoga\, ayurveda along with gongs\, singing bowl\, shamanic drums and fusing psychoacoustics and bioacoustics aspects with therapeutic use of music healing\, you can work on inner transformations in an easy-going manner. This is an opportunity to relax\, unwind\, stay still\, be grounded and yet flow on the waves of sound and music. Reduce stress and anxiety; improve sleep; clear mental fog and indecisiveness; and learn to identify and manage negative stimulus and triggers. \nThose interested in playing an instrument will have the opportunity to learn the basics of music and sound healing\, as we play along the instruments to the glorious echo of collective energy. All instruments will be provided. \nThese eternal sounds and tonic sonic work are brought by Sanj Hall\, a traveling gong yogi who has taken the divine order to spread the goodness of gongs and its teachings around the world. He extensively travels to Europe\, Middle East\, Asia and North America both in medical conferences\, music festivals\, as well in ashrams and monasteries in India\, Nepal and Bhutan. \nEach day begins with yoga and meditation followed by yagna / homa for World Peace and Healing; and\, ends with the world-renowned Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga in the lap of the sacred and majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are in the Ashram\, making this retreat a truly immersive experience. \n
