Together\, we will journey from exploring Yoga Philosophy to practising Yoga Asana as a heartfelt prayer to the Universe; from meditating and practising pranayama to reflecting deeply on the limbs of Yoga as guiding lights on our path; from singing and rejoicing in divine communion during the sacred Ganga Aarti to immersing ourselves in the art of Seva\, or Karma Yoga\, as a lifelong offering. \nOur time together becomes a pilgrimage inward — a return to the heart — where we discover that Maa Ganga does not merely flow outside in the world\, but\, for true practitioners and seekers\, she flows eternally within. \n
