YogGarba® is a unique practice developed by Garba researcher Mr. Anish Rangrej that merges the ancient elements of yoga — asanas\, pranayama\, and meditation — with the sacred traditional dance of Garba. This integration offers physical\, emotional\, and spiritual benefits\, while deepening your connection to the Divine Mother. \nThe workshop includes: \n\nFundamental understanding of YogGarba®\nThe science and spiritual roots of Garba\nHow yoga and Garba intertwine for holistic well-being\nPractical implementation for a healthy and joyful lifestyle\n\nThrough YogGarba®\, participants journey inward — dancing into the womb of the Divine Mother — balancing energy\, awakening joy\, and transforming movement into meditation. \nIF YOU ARE INTERESTED SPECIFICALLY IN THE WORKSHOP\, there will be a suggested nominal donation for it. Please email yoga@parmarth.com for signing up for the YogGarba Workshop in addition to the Navratri Retreat.  \nGuidelines\nThis Special Navratri Retreat is for those who are drawn to rejuvenating and re-energizing their path of Self-discovery\, to awaken the divine energy within yourself and let your own inner Light emerge as you discover your inner wisdom! Each participant is required to adhere to the following guidelines which are in place to facilitate your transformation.
