DESCRIPTION:Ganga Yoga I\nJune 15-19th\, 2024\n\n\n\n\nGanga Yoga is the art and science of invoking the flow of Mother Ganga within\, such that we are connected to the flow of our own prana and become clear unpolluted and unobstructed instruments of Grace on Earth. It is a devotional offering to Mother Ganga wherein our thoughts\, words and actions become the sacred offering to the Divine Mother. Ganga Yoga is the beautiful confluence – the Triveni of- of Bhakti Yoga\, Gyan Yoga and Karma Yoga in our lives. It encourages channeling our spiritual energy to the service and welfare of all\, striving to serveing like Mother Ganga with no hesitation\, no expectation\, no discrimination\, and no vacation. \nGanga Yoga has been a yogic devotion to Ma Ganga\, initiated and inspired by HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji\, President of Parmarth Niketan\, Founder of Ganga Action Parivar and Co-founder of Global Interfaith WASH Alliance. Through Ganga Yoga we seek to unite people in service to life and Mother Nature\, dedicating their time\, talent\, technology and tenacity to the welfare of all. Ganga Yoga is an embodied\, socially engaged prayer to the Divine Mother Ganga that Her holy\, healing waters may always run free and clear to nourish and restore us and our lands. \nA special three-day introduction to Ganga Yoga to encourage and inspire seekers to bring their lives back into alignment\, to bring it back into the current of Mother Nature and the Universe. To bring a sense of body awareness and strive to lead a more balanced life in line with Mother Nature by exposure to the Ashram culture\, understand the meaning of an Ashram and how to cultivate an Ashram with four pillars of Yogic Management in our lives. Introduction to Yamas and Niyamas as the core principles of Yoga allowing us to know how to flow in our lives. Practice a few practical tips and tools to realign and stay in the current/frequency of Maa Ganga’s grace\, includes Yoga Asana\, pranayama\, meditation by Mother Ganga\, sacred Yagya (fire-ceremony)\, Maa Gangaji’s Aarti and Satsang. \nInstructions in English

Deepen your cultural understanding of Yoga.’ \nBecoming a yoga teacher takes commitment\, dedication and willingness to live the yogic principles. The yoga teacher is the disciple as well as the example. \nThis 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course\, certified by Yoga Alliance USA\, teaches prayer\, pranayama\, Surya/ Chandra Namaskar\, in-depth traditional hatha yoga asana\, Vedic chanting\, Karma Yoga\, and Bhakti Yoga. Students will study the Bhagavad Gita and Paatanjali’s Yoga Sutras\, and develop a teaching methodology with opportunities for self-practice to deepen understanding\, discipline and teaching skills.
