Instructions in English
with Tara Maa
ShantiLotus Healing Dance Retreat with Tara Maa is an opportunity to continue the healing of our individual, ancestral and collective trauma to bring healing, peace and harmony to our little piece of the world. Shanti is the Sanskrit word for “Peace”. The Lotus represents ‘Living from Spirit – Soul’, the ability to be beautiful, to allow our essence to bring calmness to the world even when we are stuck and live in the ‘mud’ of the world.
ShantiLotus Healing Dance Retreat includes sacred dance, breathwork, kriya, chanting, satsang and meditation that encourages the release of our happiness chemicals in the brain to experience joy, bliss, and delight; and the beauty, mysticism and power of ShivaShakti. You will be guided to release trauma held in the body to reduce anxiety, stress and fears and discover a better way of being. Improve your sleep, mental and emotional health and wellness to live with a deeper sense of focus, motivation, creativity, clarity, compassion, courage and intuition with higher vitality and energy.
Satsang based on Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji’s teachings will explore simple tools of intention, discipline and surrender to unlock your full potential to live from your higher Self for a deep sense of joy, ecstasy, health and well being.
Some of the topics we will explore are; gratitude, purpose, forgiveness, the blessings of challenges, etc. Discover who you are beyond the roles you play in society. Let go old beliefs that no longer serve you; balance your masculine and feminine energies, your human and divine qualities; and, bring harmony between your ego-self and your Divine Self to access the Universal Shiva Consciousness and connect with the Shakti within.
By the end of the full Retreat, you will have an Action Plan to Co-Create the Life you Desire; and, Live with Grace the Life you are Given.
Each day begins with yoga and yagna for World Health and World Peace; and, ends with the world-renowned Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga in the sacred lap of the majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are at the Ashram. You will have opportunities for individual coaching with Tara Maa by appointment.
Dress code: Modest for Ashram setting. You may wear colours that inspire your spiritual and emotional well being.
