Ayurveda is a living science — one that belongs in the body, the kitchen, the morning, and the breath. This six-day immersive is an invitation to bring it home for you.
Six days in Rishikesh—the birthplace of Yoga—held within the sacred rhythm of Parmarth Niketan Ashram on the holy banks of Maa Ganga. Each day is guided by nature’s elemental rhythms through Yagya, Aarti, and Kirtan alongside dedicated teaching sessions in Ayurvedic philosophy, food as medicine, Dinacharya [daily routine], seasonal living, the subtle body, and the Ayurvedic mind. Expert Ashram teachers in Pranayama, Asana, Kriya, Sound Healing, and Mantra deepen the learning to integrate this ancient wisdom at every level.
The healer within you is already present. This course is the practice of remembering that—and building the daily Sadhana to sustain it.
Each participant leaves with a personal Ayurvedic protocol, a Dinacharya (daily routine), a seasonal guide, a Bija Mantra practice, and a complimentary follow-up consultation with Living Ritual within 60 days.
This is a lifelong journey. It begins and returns to you.
Each day begins with yoga and yagna for World Health and World Peace; and, ends with the world-renowned GangaAarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga in the sacred lap of the majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are at the Ashram.
Dress code: Modest for the Ashram setting.
