February 26th – March 1st, 2026
with Sanj Hall
Instructions in English
The world is Nada…. Vibration.
Weaned from the long tradition of Naada, Spanda, and sound healing from ancient cultures of India and beyond, The Eternal Sound and Tonic Sonic Retreat initiates the innate sound within you, delving deeper into the cosmic vortex. It is a both an auditory and vibration healing sensation that stills the mind and soothes the soul bringing about deep relaxation, oneness, harmony and eternal bliss.
Music is the medicine of the future. However, if not, it is surely a tonic. Using ancient healing techniques from yoga, ayurveda along with gongs, singing bowl, shamanic drums and fusing psychoacoustics and bioacoustics aspects with therapeutic use of music healing, you can work on inner transformations in an easy-going manner. This is an opportunity to relax, unwind, stay still, be grounded and yet flow on the waves of sound and music. Reduce stress and anxiety; improve sleep; clear mental fog and indecisiveness; and learn to identify and manage negative stimulus and triggers.
Those interested in playing an instrument will have the opportunity to learn the basics of music and sound healing, as we play along the instruments to the glorious echo of collective energy. All instruments will be provided.
These eternal sounds and tonic sonic work are brought by Sanj Hall, a traveling gong yogi who has taken the divine order to spread the goodness of gongs and its teachings around the world. He extensively travels to Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America both in medical conferences, music festivals, as well in ashrams and monasteries in India, Nepal and Bhutan.
Each day begins with yoga and meditation followed by yagna / homa for World Peace and Healing; and, ends with the world-renowned Ganga Aarti on the holy banks of Ma Ganga in the lap of the sacred and majestic Himalayas followed by the spiritual Satsang with Pujya Sadhviji and / or Darshan with Pujya Swamiji when they are in the Ashram, making this retreat a truly immersive experience.
