with Dr. Mrithunjay Rathore, Yoga Anatomy Expert & Professor, AIIMS, Raipur, India
Instructions in English
This immersive 5-day intensive is designed for yoga teachers, trainees, and sincere practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of how the body truly moves in asana. Through a blend of theory, guided practice, and experiential exploration, the program helps participants refine alignment, prevent injury, and cultivate a more intelligent, embodied approach to yoga.
Over the course of five days, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga anatomy, biomechanics, muscle engagement, fascia, and functional movement as they apply directly to your practice and teaching. Each day builds on the previous one, offering a progressive journey into the structure, dynamics, and energetic experience of the body in yoga.
Expect a balance of interactive lectures, anatomical demonstrations, focused asana labs, hands-on techniques, and guided self-inquiry, helping you translate knowledge into embodied wisdom.
