Introduction to Yamas and Niyamas as the core principles of Yoga allowing us to know how to flow in our lives. Practice a few practical tips and tools to realign and stay in the current/frequency of Maa Ganga’s grace, includes Yoga Asana, pranayama, meditation by Mother Ganga, sacred Yagya (fire-ceremony), Maa Gangaji’s Aarti and Satsang.
